I authorize the Technical Service of KaVo Dental GmbH to carry out a remote maintenance operation in the practice named below and at the conditions listed below.
Requirements: I hereby confirm that a regular data backup of the database of the X-ray software will be carried out in the practice, and that on the day of the remote maintenance there is a current backup of all relevant data.
In the course of the introduction of the new EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), KaVo has modified the Data Protection Guidelines. The Privacy Policy describes how we treat, store and use your personal information.
You have the right to erase, amend or rectify the personal data you have stored at any time. For this you can send us an e-mail to privacy@kavo.com.
Should KaVo have access to or insight into patient data in the course of the remote maintenance operation, you automatically agree with the Data Protection Supplement.
