What your duties will include:

  • Install, fault find, service and maintain all products specific to the Instrument and Equipment Business Unit
  • Provide technical support both remotely using various platforms as well as on site visits.
  • Daily interface with end-users and dealer technicians to provide both technical and sales support
  • Manage daily diary to ensure KaVo UK customers are fully supported
  • Provide 1 on 1 technical assistance and training with our dealer partner technicians
  • Provide on time technical reports, carefully detailing work undertaken
  • Actively manage car stock on a daily basis
  • Assist in the growth and direction of the Business Unit both regionally and nationally
  • Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO standards
  • Attend technical training courses as and when required to ensure continuous personal development

What sets you apart:

  • Degree in engineering or other technical education background
  • Field service experience preferable
  • Background in electronics or pneumatics preferable
  • Fault finding within field service preferable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Independent and organized style or working
  • Ideally located in and around Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire
