What your duties will include:

Install, fault find, service and maintain all products specific to the Instrument and Equipment Business Unit
Provide technical support both remotely using various platforms as well as on site visits.
Daily interface with end-users and dealer technicians to provide both technical and sales support
Manage daily diary to ensure KaVo UK customers are fully supported
Provide 1 on 1 technical assistance and training with our dealer partner technicians
Provide on time technical reports, carefully detailing work undertaken
Actively manage car stock on a daily basis
Assist in the growth and direction of the Business Unit both regionally and nationally
Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO standards
Attend technical training courses as and when required to ensure continuous personal development
