The KaVo Leadership Team.
Three leaders united under the banner of “Stronger together”.
Since 2022, KaVo has been part of the Finnish Planmeca Group, the largest family-owned company in the dental industry. KaVo is led by CFO Oliver Krett, CTO Armin Imhof and CCO Jan Moed. For this triumvirate of experienced, successful dental managers, investment and profitability, innovative energy and a clear and indefatigable dedication to quality and customer focus are key to the
company’s strategic direction. The three leaders uphold an integrative ethos that prizes interconnected working and an agile approach.
In 2022, KaVo CEO Dr Martin Rickert moved to the steering committee of Planmeca Verwaltungs GmbH, KaVo’s parent company. He now chairs the steering committee in this capacity.
Years of experience, ability and a shared passion for the Kavo brand and what it stands for.
That's the KaVo Leadership Team.
Heikki Kyöstilä is the founder, owner and CEO of the Finnish Planmeca Group, which has existed for over 50 years. The integration of KaVo into Kyöstilä’s company in early 2022 marked a major step from both a business and a personal point of view.
“I’ve always been a fan of the superior quality and premium feel of KaVo products, even before founding Planmeca, when I was still a sales representative in the dental industry. I always dreamed of bringing the beating heart of KaVo – its treatment units and instruments – into the Planmeca family. That dream has now come true!”
