What your duties will include:

  • Sell our entire product portfolio directly or in conjunction with our Dealer Sales team
  • Train and coach dealer partners` sales representatives (co-travel) on how and why to sell KaVo products to oral health professionals
  • Generate new leads, develop a strong sales funnel, and implement strategies to increase short and long-term market share through engagement with dealer partners
  • Support dealers with product-related issues
  • Perform product demonstrations to oral health professionals
  • Support and participate in field installation handovers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Prepare and monitor customer visits, as well as report on activities via our CRM tool
  • Conduct and communicate market research on customer feedback

What sets you apart:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Multiple years’ experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment. Prior dental sales experience highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and objectives; strong results orientation
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Midlands & South West) including overnight travel as well as weekend and evening seminars/trade shows
  • Valid driver's license
