A large raffle with over 500 prizes was organized at this year's KaVo Christmas Village. The sale of raffle tickets among employees at the KaVo sites in Biberach and Warthausen raised €2,350. KaVo increased the amount to €5,000 and donated it to the hospice in Biberach to support the valuable and important work there.
KaVo Managing Director Armin Imhof and Martina Vollmer handed over the cheque to Tobias Bär, Head of the Maria House facility, on December 16 and were given a tour of the hospice. Among other things, the donation will be used for treatments with heating pads and essential oils for the hospice's guests, which are not covered by health insurance.
We are delighted that such an amount has been raised and would like to thank all the sponsors of the raffle prizes who made this amount possible together with KaVo. These include the Kapuzinerhof, the Aiden Hotel, the Ente restaurant in Biberach, the Grell furniture store, Allianz Versicherung, Maier und Schober Komponenten GbR from Ummendorf and the Blumenarkade in Biberach.
