Premium dental manufacturer KaVo brings modern art to dental practices to spectacular effect with its new, strictly limited Street Art Design Edition.
In collaboration with graffiti artist Stone Grafitti, 80 individual unit bodies were spray-painted as part of a complete work of art measuring over 50 square metres. They make a striking style statement in dental practices.

Available for the first time ever: KaVo treatment units as strictly limited unique artworks.
In a creative, inspiring collaboration that is a first within the world of dentistry, KaVo and street artist Stone Grafitti have developed a unique art concept for the top two KaVo treatment units, KaVo UniQa and Estetica E70/80 Vision.
A makeshift workshop was set up in a 10 metre-high warehouse. Some 160 KaVo unit bodies were then arranged across a 9 x 6-metre wall surface, together weighing over 1.2 tonnes, to create the stunning work of art.
In this laidback setting and to a chilled soundtrack, the artist spent 72 hours creating the exclusive, limited KaVo Street Art Edition 2023.
40 KaVo uniQa und 40 KaVo ESTETICA E70/80 Vision unit body covers were precisely arranged and sprayed with a remarkable kaleidoscope of over 100 different colours and shades. The striking main motif, a 9-metre-high crane, is a symbol of luck, wisdom and success in the Far East and beyond.
Taking precision work to new heights: a dizzying making-of video
After the crane motif had been designed in a close collaboration between KaVo and Stone Grafitti and the enormous wall structure with the unit bodies had been securely assembled, the artist sketched the outlines onto the outsized installation using projection.
The precise creation of the motif then began with a huge lifting platform – in some cases at the lofty height of 9 metres. The creation of the complete work of art and the remarkable atmosphere on location were captured in a cool making-of video
In the past, the KaVo Design Editions have wowed customers with their style credentials and creativity, but the Biberach-based company has truly outdone itself with the 2023 Street Art Edition. This is the end result of the idea to combine tried-and-tested KaVo premium quality and technology with young, urban street art to create unique masterpieces. In doing so, it opens up unique new possibilities for styling and marketing dental practices.
The individual street art pieces are limited to 80 items and are now available to purchase. They come with a certificate of authenticity and an art print of the complete artwork, signed and custom-finished by the artist himself.

About the artist:
Mural and graffiti artist Stone Graffiti began creating graffiti art in 2008, inspired by the New York street art scene.
Since then he has received commissions from all over the world to emblazon exterior façades, give interiors a cool new look and apply his arresting imagery – he came to fame primarily through his animal motifs – to canvases and objects of all kinds, transforming them into exclusive works of art.
