What your duties will include:
- Serve as the main liaison for key dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
- Develop customized business strategies to maximize sales potential
- Provide ongoing support, training, and market insights to help dealers achieve their sales targets
- Drive the performance of the dealer network to protect and grow revenue
- Identify new sales opportunities within the existing dealer network and potential new partnerships
- Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance, implementing action plans when necessary
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored for the local market
What sets you apart:
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Multiple years’ work experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the dental market
- Strong results orientation
- Experience in working in an international environment
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
- Excellent proficiency in English & Dutch – both spoken and written
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Valid driver`s license
