What your duties will include:
- Sell products directly or in cooperation with a sales representative of the vendor
- Train and coach sales representatives (including traveling together) on how and why to sell KaVo products to oral health professionals
- Generate new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and long-term market share through collaboration with sales reps/vendors
- Support vendors in solving hardware/software related problems
- Conduct product demonstrations and workflow training for dental health professionals
- Support and participate in hardware/software installations in the field;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key representatives of the professional society
- Provide monthly, quarterly revenue and unit sales forecasts to improve accuracy and planning of sales forecasts
- Prepare and monitor customer visits, reporting on such activity via CRM tool
- Support distributors in the sale of KaVo products, including related administration
- Training of distributors on KaVo products, including reporting on the training provided
- Supporting distributors in customer visits and presentations of KaVo products
What sets you apart:
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Multiple years’ work experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the dental market
- Strong results orientation
- Experience in working in an international environment
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
- Excellent proficiency in Hungarian & English – both spoken and written
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Valid driver`s license
